Welcome

Welcome to Calvary Chapel Schools!

Thank you for considering Calvary Chapel Schools (CCS) as your destination for education in the United States. Established in 1973, CCS has been dedicated to building tomorrow’s Christian leaders today. Our campus is located in beautiful Orange County, California, just 40 minutes south of Los Angeles, where students enjoy a safe, vibrant, and sunny environment year-round.

A Christ-Centered International Experience

We are honored to offer a comprehensive International Student Program that recognizes each student as a unique child of God. International students in grades 6–12 who are ready to fully integrate into mainstream classes are invited to apply for our International Calvary Chapel Student (ICCS) program. This program provides the opportunity to earn a high-quality American education taught from a biblical worldview.

FOR STUDENTS WHO NEED ENGLISH SUPPORT, Calvary Chapel Schools International Program offers a supportive pathway through our Eagle International Academy (EIA)—a specialized ESL program designed to strengthen English proficiency and prepare students for full integration into the CCS community. English, History and Bible are taught in a small group setting with the remaining four (4) classes fully integrated in the student population. We accept proficiency scores but they are not required as we will do our own assessments.

Student Life at CCS

Our international students thrive in a well-rounded learning environment to nurture mind, body, and spirit:

  • Academics: 24 Honors, Advanced Placement (AP), and Dual Enrollment courses
  • Arts: Fine arts, drama programs and band options
  • Athletics: 20+ CIF competitive sports teams
  • STEAM: Robotics, technology, and the International Space Station Program and Certification
  • Activities: ASB, Link Crew, Student Ambassadors, enrichment and academic clubs, dances and more
