Event & Guest Contracts

All CCHS & CCPSP students will need to complete the Event Contract.

If you are bringing a guest to any CCHS event, they need to have completed the Guest section of the contract including school administrative approval. Please read ALL of the directions and bring the appropriate form to the ASB ticket sales table.

Note: All guests, do not have a valid CCHS ASB ID Card. Note, they will need to pay the guest fee price for the event.
